I have attached the revised Bylaws approved by the Club at its Special Business Meeting on April 11th, 2013.

Thanks to all of the Bylaws Revision Committee members and to all of you who came and participated in the special business meeting on Thursday night.

We also recently added copies of the Club's original charter in 1989 and the amendment to the Charter in 2013.
